LIMITED STRUCTURAL WARRANTY AGREEMENT
MME HOMES ("Builder") warrants for 5 (Five) Years from the date of this Limited Structural Warranty to _______________________________ ("Owner"),
the structural components of the home located at Baan Fa Cram on plot number ___
against any physical damage to the home as defined and limited herein caused by original defects in workmanship or material in such structural components (the "Limited
Structural Warranty Period"). During the Limited Structural Warranty Period, if any structural component of the home shall fail because of such defects, Builder shall, at its cost, correct such defect by repairing or replacing, or paying the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing, at its option, such structural component, subject to the Builder's right to cure provisions of the Limited Warranty Agreement as executed between the parties.
Corrective repairs or replacements covered by this Limited Structural Warranty may be performed only by or pursuant to prior written authorization of Builder. Builder assumes no liability for the cost of or responsibility for defects resulting from repairs or replacements performed or supplied without its prior written authorization. The liability of Builder under this Limited Structural Warranty is subject to the conditions set forth in the proceeding pages attached to this document.
The undersigned Owner has read this and the proceeding pages of this Limited Structural Warranty and understands and acknowledges receipt of a copy hereof.
